• Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Shipping Timeline: The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier partner. Remote areas may take longer.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.
• Order Tracking: Once the order has been shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with the customer via email/SMS to monitor the shipment status.
• Undeliverable Packages: In case the courier service is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
• International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are restricted to addresses within India.
