AMC / Care Program

Overview

The HyperXGT.com AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) / Care Program is a premium service offered to our customers to ensure their RC vehicles remain in top condition. Similar to AppleCare, this program provides peace of mind through repair services for a range of damages and malfunctions, as well as access to our state-of-the-art in-house repair lab and modification services.

Repair and Modification Process

Ticket Raising

Customer logs into their HyperXGT.com account Navigates to the "AMC/Care" section Fills out a repair or modification request form detailing the issue or desired changes

Evaluation

Our technicians review the request Customer receives a detailed assessment and quote for any extra costs. If approved, customer receives shipping instructions

Shipping

Customer ships the vehicle to our repair center. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using insured shipping methods.

Repair or Modification

Our expert technicians perform the necessary repairs or modifications Customer is notified of progress and any additional costs (if applicable).

Quality Assurance

Repaired or modified vehicle undergoes thorough testing Performance data (if any) is recorded and shared with the customer

Return Shipping

Repaired or modified vehicle is carefully packaged and shipped back to the customer Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Program Details

  • 1. Eligibility

    Available for all RC vehicles purchased from HyperXGT.com Must be opted for at the time of vehicle purchase Valid for one year from the date of purchase Option to extend coverage for up to 3 years

  • 2. Coverage

    Accidental damage (drops, crashes, water damage) Mechanical failures not covered by standard warranty Wear and tear beyond normal use Electronic component malfunctions Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect performance Battery and motor issues Remote control malfunctions Servo and gear problems

  • 3. Exclusions

    Intentional damage or misuse Theft or loss of the vehicle Damage caused by unauthorised modifications Damage caused by use of non-approved accessories or parts.

  • 4. In-House Repair Lab

    Staffed by expert RC technicians. State-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Specialized tools for all types of RC vehicles. Quality assurance testing before return.

  • 5. Modification Services

    Available for AMC/Care Program members Custom performance upgrades Aesthetic modifications Technical modifications Cost of spare parts or upgrade components will be extra.

  • 6. Costs

    AMC/Care Program fee: 3499 Repair costs: Covered under the program Modification technical costs: As per Modifications Spare parts and upgrade components: Charged at market price Shipping costs (both ways): Borne by the customer Additional costs: May apply for repairs outside program scope (customer will be notified before proceeding)

  • 7. Limitations

    Maximum of 4 repair requests per year Total repair value not to exceed 150% of the original purchase price of the vehicle Modification requests limited to 5 per year

  • 8. Priority Service

    AMC/Care Program members receive priority in repair and modification queue Guaranteed 48-hour initial response time for all requests

  • 9. Renewal

    Program can be renewed annually Renewal must be done within 30 days of the expiration of the current contract Multi-year renewal options available at discounted rates

  • 10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Available for AMC/Care Program members Custom performance upgrades Aesthetic modifications Technical modifications Cost of spare parts or upgrade components will be extra.
